With her formal background in finance, Ms. Shelzi has been a real estate investor and developer in the greater Boston area for over twenty years. Her other business interests in property management, commercial real estate leasing and sales are complementary resources to benefit the strategic partnership she formed with her partner Reginaldo Correa in Erikson Construction.

Reginaldo Correa

With over 12 years of successfully operating his own contracting business, Mr. Correa is Erikson Construction's lead partner. Responsible for estimating each project, he manages/controls construction operations, subcontractors, and material procurement.

Harro Hassel

With years of project management experience for engineered solutions involving sophisticated processing technologies, Mr. Hassel will provide day to day management support to Erikson Construction focusing on project planning, coordination with architects and engineers, and business development.
